Each consultation is tailored to your individual lifestyle, needs, goals, and bloodwork. You’ll receive practical, easy-to-understand guidance to help you better manage or prevent diabetes with confidence!
Sessions include:
Handouts & Worksheets
Personalized Resources and Recommendations
Review of bloodwork
For +1 hour of consultation time, add more hours to cart (i.e. 3 hours of consultation = 3 to Cart)
If interested in a Education Session, consultation cost will be subtracted from education session cost.
